Mr. P.C. Goyal B. Com, F.C.A., D.I.S.A.
INDIAN CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Mr. P.C. Goyal was enrolled as a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants In India (ICAI) since 1977 and has an experience of more than 30 years in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He also qualified in the post qualification course of ICAI in Information System Audit (ISA). This D.I.S.A, is equivalent to C.I.S.A in USA in Information System Audit. He is a associate Member-Delhi Chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors (Florida).

He also served as a public representative on the board of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange Association Ltd. nominated by SEBI. He was Vice President of District Taxation Bar Association, Ludhiana for the year 2005-2006. He looks after the entire range of practice relating to audit, direct taxes, company law matters, financial services and service tax matters and has a vast experience in handling assessment proceeding under the Income Tax Act, as well as appellant matters before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellant Tribunal. He also renders consultancy on accounting, Company Law, Taxation & FEMA Matters. He carries vast knowledge, handles and supervises the fields of Accounting Transcription, Payroll Processing, Legal transcription work and US Tax Return's Off shoring work.

Mr. Poorit Goyal B. Com, L.L.B.(Hons.)

Mr. Poorit Goyal was enrolled as a member of Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana in 2006. He is also a member of District Taxation Bar Association, Ludhiana. He looks after both Direct and Indirect Taxation matters.

In addition to above Mr. Poorit Goyal also assists clients both Individuals and Corporate in preparation of their Income Tax/ Service Tax/ Company Law returns. He also handles Income Tax Assessments for a few clients.
